On the drive to the top of Mt Evans in Colorado, you pass Summit Lake. This perspective allows you to see the jagged rocks, cool water passing over them with a puff of cloud in the distance set against the brilliant, blue sky.

My love for travel coupled with my career as a commercial pilot has afforded me the opportunity to see the beauty of this world in both place and people. My wife and I have always loved traveling and immersing ourselves in a location that often was very different from the world we lived in day-to-day. We liked the sense of being transported away from our everyday lives and learning as much as we could while we were there.
